Most Baltic homes are single-family residences, with two to four bedrooms. Single-person residences are scarce, as are multiple-family dwellings. The majority of Baltic homes were built after 1975. The median house sale price in Baltic is lower than both the state average and the national average ($250,000). Property taxes are slightly higher than the state average of around $1,300; this is reflected in the good quality of the area's schools and local services.
